I moved to California and had to make 2 payments on 2 houses.  The house was sitting empty in July when we called Dan at The Matrix.  He immediately looked at our house and told us what they could do.  He was prompt and professional in all of his contacts.  They were able to start making the payments right away.  That was such a relief!

After watching all of these"Flipping" shows on TV, I decided to give it a try.  I called Fred and he asked me questions to find out what I needed, not what he had to sell to me.  He actually told me that he had a dozen houses, but none in the area I wanted.  About a month later, I got an email from him with a property in the area I wanted.  It needed a complete rehab and was pricedso I could buy it, put money into fixing it up and I ended up selling it for a profit within three months.  He even helped with the financing!

update: Steven used his profits to buy another house we offered (just  a block away) and turned a profit on that one too.

We were moving back home to Wisconsin and couldn't sell our home.  The Realtors wanted a 6% commission ($14,394) and we were actually going to have to bring money to closing if they were able to find a buyer.  Boy, are we glad we found your company!  You were able to buy our house and close on it - no appraisers, no banks, no realtor commissions.  We made it back home in time to be with our family for the Holidays.
